Account access
Use the same sign-in method and account details you used when registering. Follow the recovery or verification options shown on the sign-in screen. If you still cannot get in, contact us with the account email or phone number and the error message. Never include your password or verification code.
Check that the email address or phone number is correct, and check your email spam folder where relevant. Follow any waiting period shown before requesting another code. If delivery still fails, tell support which method you used and when you tried.
Courses & certificates
Confirm that you are signed in with the account used for the purchase or registration. Check its confirmation and payment status. If access is still missing, send the course or event link and the purchase or registration reference through the contact form.
Check your connection and try a current browser. Save any unfinished work before reloading. Confirm that you have access to the course and that the resource is offered for download. If the issue persists, report the lesson link, device, browser and exact error.
Review the offering’s certificate requirements, including completion, assessments or attendance where specified. Some certificates require additional eligibility checks. If you believe you have met the conditions, send support the course or event reference and details of the missing certificate.
Events & live rooms
Check the event date, time zone and access instructions, then sign in with the account used to register. Confirm that the registration is valid and the session is available to join. If access fails at the scheduled time, include the event link and error message when contacting support.
Check browser permissions and the selected microphone, camera and audio output. Close other apps using the same device if necessary. Some participation controls are limited by your role or the host, so an unavailable button may not indicate a technical fault.
Check the event listing and organizer’s instructions. Recordings are only available when offered; live attendance does not automatically include replay access. Ask about the specific event rather than assuming a recording or access period.
Purchases & billing
Check the transaction status and any confirmation before trying again. If a charge appears without a confirmed purchase, or you suspect a duplicate payment, contact support with the date, amount and transaction reference. Do not send full card details or security codes.
Review the Refund Policy for eligibility, then use the refund option available for your purchase or registration, or contact support. For invoices or credit notes, check the transaction’s billing documents. Include the transaction reference when asking about a missing document or an existing refund request.
Publishing & organizations
Check required fields, validation messages, your publishing permissions and plan limits. Save or copy any unsaved text before reloading. Include the course reference, the step that failed and the exact message when reporting a curriculum-builder or publishing issue.
Make sure you are in the correct organization workspace. Access to members, content, finances and exports depends on your assigned role. Ask the organization owner to check your membership and permissions; if the issue remains, send support the organization reference and the action you could not complete.
Check whether the tool is available in your workspace and whether a usage limit is shown. Review and edit generated content before publishing. For a failed request, report the tool, time and error message, and avoid including private learner information in your report.
Affiliates & notifications
Review the referral and commission status in your affiliate workspace. A recorded conversion is not necessarily eligible for payout, and refunds can affect commissions. Contact support with the relevant reference and the discrepancy; do not assume a fixed payout date or amount.
Review your notification preferences, contact details and email spam folder. Delivery depends on the message type, enabled channels and connected services. If you manage campaigns, check the intended recipients and available delivery status before reporting a missing message.
Tell us what happened.
Include what you were trying to do, the exact error, and the relevant course, event or transaction reference. For a technical issue, add your device and browser. Attach a screenshot only after removing personal or payment details. Never send passwords or verification codes.
