1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Experts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Experts provides an online learning platform that connects instructors and students. We offer various tools and features for course creation, enrollment, and community interaction. Available tools and features may vary by subscription plan. Selecting additional event hosts and speakers is available on the Expert Pro plan; on other plans the event organizer is the sole host. Current plan features are listed on the Pricing page.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content and Conduct

Users are solely responsible for the content they post on the platform. You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Experts platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Experts or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payments and Refunds

Course and event fees are processed through our secure payment providers. Refund requests may be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from purchase, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. Subscription fees are non-refundable: you may cancel at any time, which stops future renewals; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and no refund or credit is issued for any unused portion of that period.

7. Organizations

Organizations that publish and sell events and courses as a legal entity are also subject to the Organization Terms and to the organization agreement they sign with Experts. Where the signed agreement sets a commercial term for an organization, such as its share or the payment gateway fee, the agreement governs that term.

8. Limitation of Liability

Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.
